Educational Credential Assessment (ECA)

For most immigration programs, especially those under the Express Entry system and the PNPs, you will need to have your non-Canadian post-secondary education assessed through ECA. In many cases, it is not very straightforward to do. We will help you out with the following services:
  • IRCC has designated several organizations to do ECA. Each has its own application system, fee structure, and documentation requirements. The pros and cons also vary. We will recommend the right one for you with our knowledge and expertise.
  • Some programs require all of your non-Canadian post-secondary diplomas to be evaluated, while some require only the highest diploma to be evaluated. Depending on your program preferences, we will recommend the best course of action.
  • We will create your online account and submit your ECA application on your behalf.
  • We will also provide you with a customized, easy-to-follow document checklist that you can use to gather your documents.
  • We will correspond with the organization to make sure your application is not stuck somewhere throughout the process.
  • Delivery: The processing time varies depending on the organization and several other factors, such as the responsiveness of your academic institution. We can assure you that we will respond to all communication within 2 business days from our end.
  • Charges: USD 400 (for up to two qualifications, USD 100 for each additional qualification).
    • Exclusion: Please note that this charge does not include the following:
      • The fees payable to the organizations doing ECA,
      • Any fees you need to pay to your academic institution,
      • Courier fees
      • Translation fees and notarization fees. (for applicable cases)

Documents Review

The visa officers meticulously check your documents, especially the employment reference letters. Any discrepancies may result in refusal or delayed processing. So, you can reduce your workload by letting us review your documents.
  • For each document, we will check the content and format to comply with IRCC or provincial requirements, and also with the best practices.
  • We will provide you with recommended changes and guidelines for improvement.
  • In relevant cases, we will also provide you with usable templates.
  • Delivery: We will respond to you by email within 2 business days.
  • Charges:
    • USD 50 (For each position of your employment reference letter)
    • USD 50 (For resume with up to 3 positions, USD 10 for each additional position)
    • USD 20 (Per page, for any other documents)

NOC Code Assessment and Advice

NOC mismatch is one of the most frequent reasons for refusals of immigration visa applications in Canada. Your months of effort may end up in vain due to a small mistake while selecting your NOC. The immigration officer will refuse your application because of choosing the wrong NOC, even if you have submitted all the documents. With our NOC Assessment service, we offer you the following:
  • Reviewing your documents (employment reference letters, company profile), resume, and program choices, we will identify the best available NOC for you.
  • We will carefully verify if you have chosen the right NOC and expressed your job duties correctly.
  • We will also take note of your previous study, training, and professional certifications while choosing the NOC.
  • Apart from picking the best NOC for you, we will also suggest the NOCs closely related to your profession (Up to 3).
  • Delivery: We will respond to you by email within 2 business days.
  • Charges: USD 250 (for up to three periods of employment, USD 100 for each additional period).
